What We Do

Six ways we help organisations design, evaluate, and communicate better.

ISCS brings together expertise in applied behavioural science and strategic communications. We advise governments and organisations on programme and policy design, help them build the evidence base for what they do, and support them in communicating findings to the audiences that matter most.

Tim Shephard

A creative leader with over a decade of experience in media communications, marketing, and storytelling. Tim has worked at the Olympics and in Hollywood, led international documentary projects across Lebanon and beyond, and built two media companies from the ground up. He founded One Thousand Voices in 2014 — a global platform amplifying human stories through film — which became part of ISCS. He brings the creative vision that turns rigorous research into communications that move people.

Daniel Shephard

An expert in education, evaluation, and behavioural science with over 15 years of international experience. Before ISCS, Daniel served as Associate Fellow at the White House Social and Behavioral Sciences Team and Senior Manager for Research at Aflatoun International. He has consulted for the ILO, OECD, UNESCO, UNODC, and the World Bank, and is a Lecturer in Comparative and International Education at the University of Edinburgh.
