Capacity Building: In line with our mission to expand the capacity of local organizations to use evidence based practice, implementation science, and effective communication strategies to tackle social challenges, we conducted trainings in four countries. These trainings focused on improving the use of data to inform best practice and the use of behavioral insights to improve implementation and communication—especially in the context of education.

Implementation: We have helped implement evidence-based projects that have had or will have an impact on thousands of individuals in addition to work from previous years that is ongoing. This work has been in collaboration with four organizations in three countries.

Communication: We have published four articles and presented at one conference to spread good practices in the areas in which we have worked. Several of these papers have been designed to build the capacity of specific organizations and initiatives with the government ministries, non-profits, and international organizations.
